Site information
Privacy
This page explains the information used by the current Win Heart Paw website.
Information you choose to provide
When you create an account, we store your email address, username, phone number and country calling code, password hash, shipping addresses and household pet count. Passwords are salted and hashed rather than stored as readable text. The contact form stores your name, email address, optional phone number and message so the store can respond. With your marketing consent, the newsletter form stores your email, pet preference, signup source and consent record.
Account sessions
After sign-in, an essential secure cookie keeps your account session active. The session record includes an expiry time and limited security information such as IP address and browser user agent. Signing out ends that session.
Optional first-party analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” we assign a random visitor identifier and record page visits, product interactions, searches, cart actions, referral and campaign parameters, approximate location supplied by our hosting provider, browser language, device type and visit duration. This helps us understand and improve the store. Selecting “Essential only” prevents these optional analytics records.
Information stored on your device
Your language choice, shopping bag and dismissed announcement preference are saved in your browser storage. Analytics consent and the random visitor identifier are stored only after you allow analytics. Clearing site data removes these local preferences.
Orders and payments
A pending order record may be created when checkout begins. Payment details are not collected by this website until a payment provider is connected; card information must be handled by that provider.
Your choices
You can sign out to end your current account session and clear this site’s browser data to reset your analytics choice. Use the contact form for access, correction, deletion or privacy requests about information you submitted.
